1. Intended product scope
MultiPost is a Windows application intended to help a creator prepare and publish creator-selected content to accounts the creator authorizes. The creator remains responsible for the content, account, audience, disclosures, and destination selected before a publishing action.
2. Third-party platforms
Connected platforms set their own terms, permissions, quotas, review requirements, availability, privacy choices, and moderation decisions. MultiPost cannot guarantee a platform will accept content, make it public, distribute it, preserve a feature, or maintain an API. Platform names and marks belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.
3. TikTok-specific use
For TikTok, the creator must use an account they are authorized to use, select an audience returned by TikTok, review the post, and provide explicit consent before sending media. TikTok can limit unaudited clients to private accounts and Only you visibility. MultiPost cannot bypass those limits or TikTok moderation.
4. Creator responsibilities
The creator is responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for each file, caption, cover, sound, trademark, disclosure, and account used. The creator must follow platform rules and applicable laws, including rules for commercial content, AI-generated content, and audience selection.
5. Product access and license
A future commercial build may use a device-bound product session to allow controlled media delivery. The final customer agreement must state the license type, device limit, allowed use, updates, support period, suspension conditions, and account recovery rules. None of those commercial terms are active on this site yet.
6. Support, changes, and availability
A released product can change only in accordance with its published customer terms and applicable law. Before that release, software availability, support hours, update schedules, and compatibility commitments are not promised. The identified project operator is TIGO. The project contact for the current pre-release source is ovtom22@gmail.com.
7. Finalization required before public sale
The public terms must add the seller's legal identity and contact, applicable law and jurisdiction, price and tax treatment, payment provider, trial and renewal terms, cancellation and refund process, complaint route, liability terms, consumer rights, and privacy/data-processing references. Those details cannot be invented in a technical source repository.
