SUPPORT AND EXPECTATIONS

Know the state.
Then choose the next action.

The useful question after a publishing attempt is not simply whether something happened. It is whether the platform accepted it, is still processing it, confirmed a result, or needs a fresh review.

Why does TikTok say the post needs review again?

TikTok choices are tied to the reviewed post. If the caption, source file, account permissions, or posting options change, a new audience selection and consent step is required before a new TikTok upload.

The activity says Processing. Should I publish again?

No. Use the saved TikTok receipt to check status first, or confirm on the original account. Processing does not mean that a new upload is required, and a second upload can create confusion or duplicate content.

Why is a TikTok post not public?

Visibility depends on the audience chosen by the creator, account status, TikTok's review state, moderation, and the app's approval level. MultiPost cannot change a privacy setting or platform decision after the fact.

Can MultiPost publish to a personal Facebook profile?

The Meta connection in the commercial scope is for Facebook Pages and eligible professional destinations. It is not a personal-profile posting feature.

Will a scheduled job run while the computer is off?

No. Local scheduling requires the Windows app, the computer, and its network connection to remain available. A cloud scheduler is not promised by the current release plan.

Where should I report an issue?

Include the app version, platform, visible state, time of the attempt, and a non-sensitive screenshot if useful. Do not send passwords, access tokens, developer credentials, activation codes, or a full local database.

ACCOUNT ACCESS

Reconnect only through the official account flow.

If a connection expires or a platform changes permissions, use the account screen in MultiPost. Do not share account credentials with support.

LOCAL DATA

Control the data on the computer.

The application keeps its working data in the Windows user profile. Connection removal and local data deletion are explained in the privacy notice.
